A Plan for Bernanke

Politico is reporting today on the Fed's plan if the debt ceiling is not raised.  They also cover some of Wall Street's reaction.

With less than two weeks before the United States cannot borrow more money, the Federal Reserve and Wall Street are making plans to prepare for the country’s possible default on its $14.3 trillion debt.

 
Here's a plan I freely offer to the Fed chairman.  If you really want to help the economy, pack up your desk now and lock the Fed's doors for good.
