Cheddar is the most admired and in-demand form of cheese in the UK and its production method has been copied by cheese producers around the world. Kraft Cheddar cheese is used worldwide; Cheddars can be industrial or artisan cheeses. The flavor of industrial cheese varies considerably, and food packaging will usually indicate strength, such as mild, medium, strong, sharp, mature, old, or vintage; this may indicate the maturation period, or food additives used to enhance the flavor. 

 

Hard cheeses, such as Cheddar  are the most commonly used in cooking, and can be included easily into any recipe, whilst creamy cheese is thought to be the best cheese for cheese on toast. The crumblies are also great for cooking, and can literally be crumbled into your favorite dish. In a medium bowl first have to combine garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and onion powder. Then add cream cheese and gently fold in the seasonings, being careful not to over-mix as the cream cheese will lose its "fluff". And then allow the flavors to blend by storing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for at least one hour. In last stir once more before serving.
