Highlighting Hypocrisy on the Hill

Senator Lee has been fighting back against President Obama's unconstitutional 'recess' appointments to the CFPB and the NLRB since they occurred in January. He has been attacked by the President for "obstructing" his nominees, and yesterday, Harry Reid took to the floor condemning "GOP obstructionism" as he filed cloture on 17 judicial nominees.

The only problem is, the GOP hasn't been obstructing nominees -- in fact, they've confirmed more nominees during the first three years of the Obama administration than those during Bush's entire second term.

In an op-ed today published in The Hill, Senator Lee calls out the Democrats hypocrisy over judicial nominations.
