Senators Rocca and Green still opposing Liberty!

October 4, 2011

Dear Tony,

In 1935 congress passed and Franklin Roosevelt signed into law the Wagner Act.  The act that stripped away free association.  The act that entrenched forced unionism in the American workplace.

Now we have a chance to undo this injustice to individual rights and liberty.

Recently, thanks to your efforts, Senator Jack Brandenberg delivered his written support.

In his written commitment, Senator Brandenberg said "I will support a resolution/bill to make Michigan the 23rd "Right To Work" state."

Now that is a solid statement in support of liberty!

So why won't State Senators Tory Rocca and Mike Green take a stand on the side of freedom and commit to restoring free association?

Why won't they give their written commitment in support of a full statewide Freedom to Work bill?

It's time to lay the pressure on and contact each of these Senators.  Click here to contact them and let them know you insist upon 100% support for Freedom to Work.

Once you have contacted them and asked for a written commitment, click here to sign our petition.  If they continue to refuse to support you, we can march in and drop a whole pile of signatures on their desk!

What excuses could they have for not fulfilling their oath of office?

What excuses could they have for not supporting liberty?

The best way to find the answers to these questions is to click here and contact both of these Senators and demand that they go on the record and send us a written statement supporting Freedom to Work!

If they tell you they don't believe government should get involved, let them know that's an awful funny answer considering that government gave us forced unionism and we are looking to undo that little bit of government intervention.

Without free association there is no free speech.  So far, these two senators don't seem to believe in free association or free speech.  Well, when they feel the heat, they will see the light.

Click here to contact Senator Rocca and Senator Green now and let them know that the heat is going to keep being turned up until such time as they do see that light.

Time is short if we want to start 2012 off with a roll call vote on full statewide Freedom to Work in the Senate, so contact these Senators now!

Now that Senator Pavlov and Senator Brandenberg have committed, in writing, to support a full statewide Freedom to Work bill, Senators Rocca and Green are really looking like they're dropping the ball.

So why are Sen. Tory Rocca and Sen. Mike Green both refusing to give written support?

The only way to find out is for you to call them and demand an answer.  Either they will give you a written commitment or they will give you some feeble answer designed to make you go away and stop asking questions.

Please click here to contact both of these Senators and demand they get on board the freedom train.

Remember, a private promise is as good as worthless when it comes to politicians.  We must have a written declaration of support.  An email will work just fine.

If you get a written commitment, please forward it to:

Bob Hunter
10th District GOP Executive Committee member
bobhunter66@gmail.com

Bob has been doing great work getting his representatives on record in support of Freedom to Work and rallying the troops in the 10th district.

If they are not hearing from their constituents that full statewide Freedom to Work legislation is a line in the sand issue, they will likely not do anything on this controversial issue.

Don't let Michigan workers continue to be deprived of their right to free association and free speech because you did not contact these legislators.  Click here to contact them today and don't stop until you get their written commitment supporting full statewide Freedom to Work.

For Liberty,

Tony DeMott
Michigan State Coordinator

P.S.  No one should be forced to pay for someone else's political agenda.  Workers should not be forced to contribute to a private organization in order to keep their job. We can stop this injustice by passing a statewide Freedom to Work bill.  Click here to sign our petition.

P.P.S.  Help us stop forced unionization – click here chip in a quick contribution of $5, $10, $25 or whatever you can afford right away.
