A new report is out from Kaiser Family Foundation showing that healthcare premiums increased by 9% during 2011, a report that flies in the face of the Obama Administration's claim that the "Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act" would decrease premiums.
The Senate Republican Policy Committee found that family premiums increased on average $2,213 under the Obama Administration.
The report came a day after the DOJ decided not to ask the full 11th Circuit Court of Appeals to take up their appeal, setting up for the Supreme Court to rule on the case by mid-summer 2012.
While we can all engage in wishful thinking and just hope and pray the Supreme Court strikes down the individual mandate, you can take action today to force Congress to take up the issue.
H.R. 1101 - the "End the Mandate Act" would eliminate the cornerstone of ObamaCare by eliminating the Individual and Employer mandate contained in the "Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act."
