Washington DC, May 11, 2011 - Bruce Fein testifies on behalf of Campaign for Liberty before the US House Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, and Homeland Security. The hearing was named, "USA Patriot Act: Dispelling the Myths". In this video, Fein fields questions from Rep. Trey Gowdy (SC-4). During the full committee markup of HR 1800, by a vote of 22-13, the House Judiciary Committee voted in favor of extending the "business records" provision and "roving wiretap" authority until December 31, 2017, and to make the "lone wolf" provision permanent.
