State Legislators will soon have the opportunity to end Governor Walker's careless ObamaCare experiment – if we take action NOW.
Last summer, Governor Walker forced ObamaCare down the throats of Alaska citizens without legislative approval.
But we CAN get rid of ObamaCare’s Medicaid expansion in 2016.
You see, the Alaska Legislature will have to vote on funding Governor Walker's ObamaCare expansion in this year's budget bill. If they vote not to fund it, Governor Walker's ObamaCare scheme will end.
But even though most of Alaska's Republican legislators have claimed to oppose ObamaCare since it passed, many of them are waffling on it now.
Please sign the petition below and demand that Alaska legislators END ObamaCare expansion.

Whereas: The Tenth Amendment of the Constitution of the United States reads as follows: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people"; and
Whereas: The Tenth Amendment assures that we, the people of the United States of America and each sovereign state in the Union of States, now have and have always had rights the federal government may not usurp; and
Whereas: Governor Walker unilaterally expanded Medicaid in Alaska, an OPTIONAL program under ObamaCare, without legislative approval; and
Whereas: Alaska taxpayers cannot afford the burden of any ObamaCare expansion scheme.
Therefore, be it resolved that we, the citizens of the great state of Alaska demand that our State Representatives and State Senators defund Governor Walker's Medicaid expansion in the 2016 Budget Session.
