Whereas: County Executive Alan Kittleman campaigned on a promise to repeal the rain tax; and
Whereas: The Maryland General assembly passed legislation allowing counties to repeal the rain tax; and
Whereas: The rain tax unfairly burdens the residents and businesses of Howard County.
Therefore: As your constituent, I DEMAND that you introduce legislation and support all efforts to repeal the rain tax in Howard County.
