We, the undersigned, oppose the federal government’s efforts to funnel money to political subdivisions for the purpose of restricting private property.
We, the undersigned, acknowledge that private property rights are sacred, and include the exclusive authority to determine how that property is used.
We, the undersigned, oppose the federal government’s attempts to use money to incentivize zoning restrictions policies used to promote sustainable development, and other related policies as reflected in the United Nations Document Agenda 21.
We, the undersigned, acknowledge Agenda 21’s purpose is to redistribute resources for the purpose of sustainability, while using force, coercion, and violence to implement this policy.
Therefore, be it resolved that we, the undersigned, demand that Missouri immediately suspend all activities related to implementation of so-called "sustainable development" and other elements of the U.N.'s Agenda 21.
And we, the undersigned, demand that Missouri elected officials end funding for policies that restrict personal property rights and an individual’s exclusive authority to determine how a property is used.
And we, the undersigned, ask our legislature to support legislation protecting private property rights for all individuals in Missouri.
