About Me
Hello my fellow Liberty Loving Patriots,
The name is Daniel, I am a student in college that enjoys freedom, individual rights and one of the greatest historical documents (I think we all know what I am talking about) that not only protected these rights but helped establish a great country that many fought and died for, and I am hoping that this will was not done in vain. So this is why I m here, as the ongoing problem in my country, and even across the world, of a nanny state or what Hayek called "The Road to Serfdom," developing, along with a police state that has grown to the level that now simple gestures of goodwill need to be regulated (Viriginia has public swearing laws), are so apparent and deteriorating that the need to take a stand against these should be seen as easy as determining white from black, unfortunately not enough people see this. At first I was erred in my thinking, I wondered what am I going to do to stop these? or that all my friends are so clueless and liberal they just don't get it, or they're bound to calm down and come to their sense sooner or later, although, after the endless amount of money being dumped into a broken system and with the new healthcare system (I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT PASSED). I see that I was wrong and need to do something to stop this madness, and as Dr. Paul & friends have some effectively demonstrated, the best way to do so is to come to a message that appeals to people who believe in the values it represents. So let me state the things I will fight for. First off, I believe that above anything else, that we have the right to do as we please, as long as it does not infringe upon the freedoms of others, I believe in Liberty and Justice for all who serve it, I believe in rule of law and not a DICTATOR, I believe in moral values and community, and I believe in the Austrian School (plus F. Hayek and A. Smith) and free-market economics, but most of all, I believe having to work together and defend our freedom, because when we don't, that is when Gov't takes it away. And here is what I can't stand: I can't stand interventionous pollicies in any shape or form, I can't stand waiting 6 months for a doctor appointment, I can't stand friends needlessly dying in an unjust and unwinnable war(s), I can't stand 98.8 percent of Washington D.C., moreover, I can't stand the stench of a lie, and finally, I can't stand having children one day that can't enjoy the sweetness of liberty and learn the lessons our founding fathers (my favorite is Madison) left for us and most of all, have to live in a country reminisencent of Mao Zedong's China or Hilter's Germany. This is why I give all my love to Liberty and all my support to Ron Paul. Take care my fellow Patriotic, we have much work and many battles to win!!! Cheers,
Dan
