Will Gov Walker Implement Obamacare?

November 15, 2011
Dear Tony,
Wisconsin is in danger of being forced into compliance with ObamaCare as we speak!
And only Governor Walker can stop it from happening. But will he?
The answer to that is not very clear.
AB 210 was a bill killed two weeks ago in the Senate Committee on Insurance and Housing by Senator Frank Lasee. This bill would have begun the implementation of ObamaCare into Wisconsin law.
The stoppage of this bill has outraged many that wanted ObamaCare implemented in Wisconsin, including many "Republicans" that voted for the bill's passage.
Now the State Office of the Commissioner of Insurance (OCI) submitted to Governor Walker an emergency rule that will bypass the legislature and threaten to embed ObamaCare language into Wisconsin State Statutes.
Do you know what the craziest thing is? The Governor is expected to sign it within the next twenty-four hours!
By doing so, Governor Walker will foolishly bring Wisconsin into compliance with ObamaCare in advance of the Supreme Court’s decision on its legality.
The emergency rule would:
- Compromise Wisconsin’s sovereignty under the 10th Amendment
- Cripple the healthcare freedoms of all Wisconsinites
- Undermine this state’s insurance industry
- Eliminate private sector jobs
- Damage Wisconsin’s credibility in a 26-state lawsuit against ObamaCare
Would Scott Walker really stab the Tea Party in the back like this? The Tea Party that got him elected!?
It certainly looks that way.
It should disturb you greatly that compliance with federal law at this juncture will thoroughly discredit Wisconsin in the eyes of the U.S. Supreme Court in its consideration of the 26-state challenge to ObamaCare's constitutionality.
The emergency rule that Governor Walker may sign will send a hazardous signal that Wisconsin believes only the individual mandate to be unconstitutional rather than ObamaCare in its entirety.
You and I must call Governor Scott Walker (608-266-1212) right now and demand that he reject this insane emergency rule that would begin to implement ObamaCare!
Governor Walker accepted $49 million in federal Early Innovator Grant Funds in February for the specific purpose of establishing a compliant state healthcare exchange which is part of ObamaCare.
Governor Walker is the only Republican Governor not to have returned these Early Innovator funds.
There is certainly a connection between the grant funds, the failed attempt to push hasty passage of AB 210, and the emergency rule the Governor is now poised to sign.
Why does Governor Walker seemingly want to begin implementation of ObamaCare?
Please call Governor Scott Walker right now (608-266-1212) and demand that he reject the emergency rule that would begin implementing ObamaCare!
You and I have fought too long and too hard against ObamaCare to have it rammed down our throat now.
In Liberty,
Todd Welch
Interim State Coordinator
Wisconsin Campaign for Liberty
P.S. This is very urgent. Governor Scott Walker could begin implementation of ObamaCare in less than twenty-four hours. Call Governor Walker (608-266-1212) right now and demand that he reject this insane emergency rule that would begin to implement ObamaCare!

The principal of umbrella
The principal of umbrella tilting is pretty basic: You do something at the crank or under the canopy, and the umbrella tilts. However, to tilting patio umbrella arm you with the right knowledge of the definitive feature of any patio umbrella, let’s break down the different tilting functions into their pro’s and con’s so you can make an informed and satisfying choice. There are basically two categories of tilting features, Manual and Mechanical. offset patio umbrella Manual tilting umbrellas, Michael Furnitures as the name implies, tilt based on you having to tilt the canopy manually. Mechanical tilting is when a mechanism function allows you to tilt the umbrella without touching the canopy.
