I received a chilling phone call last night.
According to inside sources on Capitol Hill, Harry Reid believes he's locked in the 60 votes necessary to RAM Barack Obama's anti-gun legislation through the Senate.
And the vote is expected to take place at 4:00 p.m. TODAY.
If gun control clears the Senate, it means the fate of our Second Amendment freedoms could be determined by establishment Republicans like John Boehner and Eric Cantor.
Based on their history of sell out and compromise, that's a thought that sends shivers down my spine.
That's why it's critical you call your U.S. Senators IMMEDIATELY and urge them to vote against any gun control legislation at every opportunity.

Thanks to an outpouring of grassroots opposition from concerned Americans like you, Harry Reid's gun control schemes have stalled in the U.S. Senate.
Of course, that's good news - and it wouldn't have happened without your action.
But I've been in politics long enough to know that stalled legislation doesn't equal victory.
Instead, it means you and I are right smack dab in the midst of the most dangerous phase of this fight.
Now is when weak-kneed, spineless Republicans usually accept some type of shady backroom deal in exchange for their vote.
Unfortunately, that's exactly what's been happening behind the scenes these past few days, as multiple "bipartisan" gun control deals have reared their ugly heads.
And if Harry Reid didn't think he had the numbers, he wouldn't be forcing a vote today.
So please call your Senators IMMEDIATELY. Insist they vote against gun control - including "Toomey-Manchin" or any other anti-gun, "compromise" legislation.
With all the various bills and amendments floating around, I understand it can be very confusing.
That's by the statists' design. They hope you'll just throw your hands up and walk away.
But the truth is, whether it's the "Toomey-Manchin" amendment, the Feinstein gun ban amendment, or the magazine ban amendment, the majority of the 9 amendments offered thus far are anti-gun and must be defeated.
So please be sure to call your U.S. Senators at once.
