Governor Walker has refused to implement ObamaCare exchanges.
Step one is done. Now on to step two: Nullification.
State nullification means that the states can and must refuse to enforce unconstitutional federal laws.
This is how we stop ObamaCare exchanges and other unconstitutional laws going forward.
The federal government has proven inept as well as has the Supreme Court in stopping the blatant disregard for the Constitution in this country.
It is now time for the states to exert their rights and authority to nullify unconstitutional federal law.
Nullification has been and is being used throughout the United States, and the use is continuing to increase as our federal government continues to overstep its bounds.
