Over this past week, with the wars in the middle east, and Libya, the issue of foreign policy has just been un-ignorable. Obama has been trying to hi-jack the anti-war constituents who have been starting to listen to conservatives talk about non-interventionist foreign policies and ending the wars. An opportunistic timed troop withdrawal of a handful of soldiers in 2012 is hardly a coincidence.
Then again, after getting away with "kinetic military action" he could call dog crap "aromatherapy" and get everyone behind it.
