"The worst tax increase in the world is the one that comes through government printing money. Inflating greater than what you can earn on your assets and then diminishing the value of your assets by taking it from you," Senator Coburn said.
The inflationary monetary policy of the Federal Reserve is the worst sort of tax a government could ever force on its citizens. Senator Coburn is exactly right on this point, and once again, serves to underscore the point that Americans deserve to know what is happening to our money supply.
