Dynamics of a Police State

Take a photo, go to jail? This is the new policy for the Long Beach California Police Department for any photo taken in public that "lacks apparent esthetic value" and you could be detained.

Shutting off cell phone service to prevent protests is the policy of dictators, right? Well, as Judge Napolitano points out, it happened in San Fransisco.

IL Governor Pat Quinn wants to sign a bill to ban protests at funerals within 300 ft of a funeral.  While folks like the Westboro Baptist Church are abhorrent and their actions should be despised by all reasonable Americans, it is free speech, and it is protected under the 4th Amendment.

In the Judge's "Freedom File" he addresses all these in last nights coverage.
