Dear friend,I have some good news...State Senator Dick Black (R-Loudoun) has introduced Constitutional Carry this year.Constitutional Carry means if you can legally possess a gun for self-defense, then you can carry it without having to first beg for government permission.

It was recently signed into law in Alaska, Arizona, Wyoming, Vermont, and Maine.

And the first step to passing it in Virginia is voting on it.

Click here to sign your petition urging your state legislators to sponsor and vote for Constitutional Carry right away.

Currently, if you want to carry a concealed weapon in Virginia to defend yourself and your family, you need permission from the state. . .

Why does the state discourage law-abiding citizens from carrying a concealed firearm?

You and I both know criminals do not ask for permission to legally carry a firearm.

I don’t know about you, but I think it’s time Virginia's Second Amendment supporters said, “enough is enough!”

Fortunately, Senator Black has introduced S.B. 48 and it needs your help.

With the assault on your right to keep and bear arms moving forward in Washington D.C. and in Virginia, passing this piece of legislation is more important than ever.

But you can strike back by signing your petition supporting Constitutional Carry here.

The Virginia Constitutional Carry Bill (S.B. 48) would:

*** Remove the prohibition on concealing a weapon so that law-abiding citizens of Virginia may carry their firearm concealed for self-defense without having to first obtain government permission;
*** Leave Virginia's Concealed Carry Permit system intact for those who choose to get the optional permit - for reciprocity or other reasons.
I have to tell you, this is the kind of thing that makes me proud to be an American.Working in politics, not a day goes by that I don’t see some politician assaulting the freedoms of hard-working Americans. It’s a refreshing change to see a lawmaker like Dick Black fight to advance and protect your gun rights.Unfortunately, without your help, Constitutional Carry will be at the mercy of anti-gunners who would love nothing more than to kill it.

Led by out-of-control Attorney General Mark Herring and his puppet master Governor Terry McAuliffe...

Radical left-wing lawmakers are scheming to destroy any pro-gun bills this year.

Even some Republicans do not want to see ANY pro-gun bill pass the legislature this year.

They may even move forward with anti-gun legislation instead.

In fact, several anti-gun bills have already been filed, with more to come.

But sometimes the best defense is a strong offense

As a Virginia resident and patriot, your lawmakers need to hear from you!

So please, click here and urge your state legislators to support Constitutional Carry immediately.

There’s no time to lose.

Please act now!
