Yesterday, Senator Paul was on Fox responding to the Presidents remarks regarding the debt limit and explaining the need to bind future Congresses by passing a balanced budget amendment to the Constitution.
Paul goes on to explain, Washington doesn't have a revenue problem, it has a spending problem.
