Formerly Democrat, but consider myself a good citizen with an independent mind and spirit. Born and raised in Ohio. Living and working in Massachusetts. And voted my conscience, wrote-in Ron Paul for President.
Alexis de Tocqueville's observation "The American Republic will endure until the Congress discovers it can bribe the public with the public money." Sadly it has reached that point.
But I believe it can be restored. Personally, I'm refreshing myself with the ideals of the founders, history of my country and most important: a greater understanding of the Constitution.
